Northwest Guitars Free Shipping Policy

Northwest Guitars includes tax and duty for all orders from EU countries. This means the order will arrive much quicker, and with no additional fees to pay upon delivery. The applicable VAT/duty charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For non-EU customers, Northwest Guitars is not responsible for paying these taxes or fees, and it is solely the customer’s responsibility to be aware of these extra costs, and paying them. Failure to do so will result in the shipment not being delivered. Any orders undelivered because of unpaid fees and/or tax, will incur a return fee of £45.

It is advised that customers research their local delivery services (DHL for all expedited carriage, and Royal mail for the standard service) to ensure that there are no unforeseen additional costs upon delivery. When shopping from outside the UK/EU, all taxes will be removed at checkout.
